By accessing or using the site and any associated services for professional video feeds, live signal management, content distribution, camera work or broadcast-quality media delivery, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not accept any part of them you must stop using the site immediately. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the current version of the terms. These terms form a binding contract under the laws of England and Wales and incorporate the requirements of the UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations.
Eligibility and permitted use
The services are intended for professional users in the media and broadcasting sector who are at least eighteen years old and have the legal capacity to enter contracts. You may use the site only for lawful business purposes connected with obtaining or managing media feeds. Personal or consumer use is not authorised. You must comply with all applicable UK broadcasting regulations and industry standards when handling live signals or distributing content through the platform.
Prohibited conduct
You must not attempt to interfere with the technical operation of the feed infrastructure, reverse-engineer any signal management tools, upload malicious code, or use the services to transmit illegal, defamatory or infringing material. Automated scraping of feed metadata, redistribution of live signals without explicit authorisation, or any activity that degrades service quality for other users is forbidden. Breaches may result in immediate suspension and referral to relevant authorities.
Accounts, submissions and user content
Where an account is required to access premium feeds or submit technical specifications, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details. Any content, metadata or technical requests you submit must be accurate and must not infringe third-party rights. buzzmaply may review, reject or remove submissions that violate these terms without notice. You retain ownership of your original submissions but grant buzzmaply a licence to use them for service delivery and improvement.
Ownership of site content, trademarks and permitted limited use
All text, graphics, feed specifications, technical documentation and branding on the site are owned by buzzmaply or its licensors. Trademarks associated with the service must not be used without prior written consent. You may view and download material solely for the purpose of using the contracted media services. Any other reproduction, modification or public display is prohibited.
Third-party services and links
The site may reference or integrate third-party tools for signal encoding, content delivery networks or broadcast monitoring. These references do not constitute endorsement. buzzmaply is not responsible for the availability, accuracy or practices of any third-party service. You should review the terms of any external provider before transmitting data through their systems.
Availability, changes, suspension and termination
buzzmaply aims to maintain high availability of live feeds but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, upgrades or unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary interruptions. buzzmaply may suspend or terminate access at any time for breach of these terms, non-payment or legal requirement. Upon termination you must cease all use of downloaded materials and delete any cached feed data.
Disclaimers that remain subject to mandatory consumer law
The services are provided on an as-is basis. While buzzmaply takes reasonable steps to ensure feed quality and signal reliability, no warranty is given regarding fitness for a particular purpose or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under UK law.
Limitation of liability
Subject to the paragraph above, buzzmaply total liability for any claim arising from use of the site or services shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim. buzzmaply shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses including loss of broadcast revenue or reputational damage, even if advised of the possibility of such losses.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless buzzmaply, its officers and staff from any claims, losses or expenses arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of live signals or your infringement of third-party intellectual property rights in content you submit or distribute.
Governing law, courts and consumer dispute rights
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that consumers resident in the United Kingdom may also bring proceedings in their local courts. Alternative dispute resolution options remain available where required by law.
Severability, waiver, changes, contact route and last-updated date
If any provision is found unenforceable the remaining provisions continue in full force. Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver. buzzmaply may update these terms periodically; material changes will be notified via the site.
